When the Maasdam (1600+ passengers) is in town, particularly during the shoulder season, those of us who work in the downtown core are aware that they are there, but I certainly wouldn't call it overcrowded. They rarely venture further than the Confed. Court Mall, and the shops know when they are coming and have extra staff to handle the (small) rush. As well, most of them are bussed off to the land of Anne and lobsters. Unless the proposed dock improvements permit docking of five or six of these monsters at once, I am sure we can handle them...
