I can only assume that the White House or the State Department read my post about Bush never coming to Canada on an official visit and has seen the error of their ways. That's right, according to Prime Minister Paul Martin (who would never lead Canadians astray or participate in million dollar giveaways to friends of his party) President Bush will be making an official visit to Canada (presumably Ottawa) before his inauguration on January 20.
I wonder if I'm entitled to special passes during his since his mom was my commencement speaker in 2001.
I'm also disappointed that nobody bothered to respond to my previous post when I asked who the last presidents were not to visit Canada. Lazy readers. It was Carter and Ford.
Should be plenty of madness all around to add to my protest photo collection.
I'm surprised... they pretty much forgot all about us a week after sept 11 when we got their planes back to them, aside from badmouthing us over various Canadian policies on drug use, immigration and beef.
